    Buyer beware: The cabinet construction with plywood boxes and white shaker style are a pretty nice builder grade cabinets for rentals at a competitive price point and would have received a higher star rating; however, the customer service was so bad I downgraded the score to two stars and I will not be using Proficient Cabinets in the future. The installers left a chip in the kitchen cabinet above the microwave. They also did not place a spacer between cabinet above microwave resulting in the cabinet door hitting the microwave hinge when opening and closing the door. The kitchen drawers do not open smoothly. The installers also did not clean up and left wood shavings in the bath cabinets. I was told this would be corrected but it has been longer than 30 days and the designer estimator Chris Moreira told me on the phone that "he is too busy to do anything about it and someone will eventually return my calls". I have still not heard back from anyone as I write this review. I will be contacting Home Depot for my next cabinet project. I discovered that the off-the-shelf Home Depot wood construction white shaker cabinets are actually a slightly better quality for a similar price point. The Home Depot cabinets have higher quality soft close drawer glides and removable shelfs for the same price.
