  They refused to even consider working with me, based solely upon the insurance company of the driver that rear-ended my vehicle. I had the estimate in-hand and was able to pay cash for the repair, yet they still rejected my business flat-out. This does not seem like a smart way to run a repair shop and I would not recommend them to anyone.
